I don't know if the Flames will retire #13 or not, but I definitely expect that nobody will wear it for a while(if ever again) out of respect, much like how nobody on the Phillies has worn #34 since Halladay
edit: forgot the Phillies actually did retire #34 in 2021. Nobody wore the number from when he retired until that point

Really Late Starts

This will be a good test, Calgary is a mediocre team, but back to back after flying 600 miles on the West Coast is a tough assignment.

This is an exciting team to watch, probably the fastest Flyer team I've ever seen, they play fast and make plays for both teams.

I drank 1 and a half 12 packs of beer so I can stay up for this game. Unfortunately, it’s making me fall asleep.

The points will eventually come for Michkov but people should temper their expectations, not because of his line mates but because 99.9% of rookie teenagers don’t put up bonafide first line production. If he gets 50+ this year it’s extremely promising

On the Flames fourth goal, Backlund could have double clutched three times, and still scored. Fedotov barely moved on the pass across. It’s actually quite funny watching his mechanics.

You know how people describe some goalies style as lazy? No one uses that for Fedotov.

Flyers spend time in the offensive zone can't score; opposing team backchecks gets puck zips down and scores quickly.

I don’t want to hear any excuses, Mrazek had a great game yes, but I’ve heard of our team getting “goalied” faaaaar too often for a team with two superstars and an ELITE top 6.
