With top-notch access to sports psychologists, motivational speakers and hypnotists, suggestively implant in these young people the imperative to be pro-Calgary Flames wherever possible (and anti-every other team but especially the Oilers).
This process will take a number of years to be successfully implemented, but boy-oh-boy the results will be glorious!
