Honzek is a unknown commodity in regular season NHL action. Yes, he did great in the preseason and earned his spot. If he struggles out of the gates, they need a player to step in and play in that spot. So you keep Coronato. It makes sense.
Your 4th line is set to play the game a certain way: energy and chaos. None of those players could or should move up the lineup, so it isn't like you can promote Lomberg or Klapka and then insert generic 4th liner.
I think they work both Honzek and Coronato into games while Sharangovich is out. It's a pretty decent scenario to have. Extra motivation, insurance policy, experience, etc. etc. Defer decisions until Sharangovich returns.
