But those are also teams transitioning to a new QB and be it a vet or rookie there's a transition period. So it's not just number of starts but overall continuity at the position.

Looking like it takes 3-4 weeks for teams to get in sync now with limitations on full pad practices and starters playing less in pre-season. Run funnel defense is also resulting in some really absurd running yards combined with some poor tackling. Hopefully we start seeing some better games now.
