I think his track record of stellar play in the AHL and draft pedigree should give him some extended rope, especially right now.
This is still a young player at just 23. So I think a bad camp is unfortunate but is still someone who’s very capable of being an NHL player. A bad stretch of hockey for two weeks doesn’t phase my outlook on the player all that much.
