How many times have you been driving, only to see some vehicle go flying past you, darting in and out of traffic only to wish there were cops ahead to catch the guy?

I was driving home along McKnight on Saturday night, through the construction, this guy in a red sports car, flies by me on the right. He pulled in behind the van in front of me, then decided he had enough time before the far right lane ended to get infront of the van so did. At the top of the hill (going over 36th street) two cops walk in the middle of the street and pull the guy over. As I drove by when he was talking to the cop, the cop was reaming him out and the guy seemed clueless to what he did wrong.

Finally the cops were there when I wished they were!
