It's all based on information that's all already publicly out there, so the app itself isn't anything new. I mean the first thing I do with new tenant applications is find everything I can about them online (it's great for prospective landlords!).
It's just the speed of access that makes it a bit more creepy... But someone in public shouldn't have any expectation of privacy should they?
Or maybe we need laws around it, that people in public SHOULD have some expected level of anonymity?
