My 11 yr old starting talking about school shootings being the reason you can't, which made me proud and at the same time a little bit terrified that she knew about them.
Why anyone would actually WANT that (or even think it's normal that it's possible) is really, really weird to me. Sure, I think the feds are a little too harsh on gun laws here, but WTAF do you need a .50 cal Desert Eagle for? Cobra badgers?
Get lost with that nonsense.

Oh pshaw! Look at the 'pearl clutcher' over here!
The children didnt even go to the beer cooler next to the ARs? That could have had a wonderous family bonding event and look at you!
You just wouldn't even consider it!
Think about it! You and your children drink all the beers, then you set up the cans and shoot at them! It'd be like Christmas!
Get some hoagies! What more do you want? Maybe a transient or two? Hunt the 'Most Dangerous Game?' Go to the railroad tracks! Thats where you normally find them...the transients, not the hoagies. Dont eat railroad hoagies.
Seriously though, no, you are correct. America has a serious gun problem that we do not want to import. Teaching your kids about that is very important.
Also how to hunt Hobos, but thats for another discussion.
