How many of these guys were prospects at the time? Or, let’s say 23 or younger? How many were traded in the cap era?

Rarely, very rarely, do these types of players get traded and I doubt, very much, Rasmus Andersson gets you one of them. Young C’s are hard to acquire via trade and if they do hit the market, it would be pretty competitive to work out a deal.
Look around the league. Is Utah about to trade Logan Cooley? Marty Beniers on the move? Adam Fantili maybe didn’t put up the numbers he should have. Perhaps Columbus will bite.
I suppose you could lower expectations and look at guys like Pinto or perhaps Morgan Frost but those aren’t the guys I think this organization should be targeting. Take the picks and don’t galaxy brain this. Finish in a spot that gets you in position to draft your own first line (hopefully superstar) C.
