Looks like Higgins will step in as Pres if he can get the job done
The TSN article says that Barker is GM. So can he fire Higgins? Because Higgins is also Vice President wich is higher than GM.

That's a good question. I'm happy with the people they've brought in - particularly Barker who I think will do very well in this role. But I don't have a good idea of the structure.
