Those are Hamas numbers, ones that they have every incentive to exaggerate. Also how can you prove that a child's body in Gaza is a result of an Israeli and not a Hamas bullet or rpg?
It's just convenient to blame everything on Israel, including rocket misfires like the one that hit the hospital in the beginning of the war.
