Crosby is all about making the players around him better. And he’s got a few cups to show for it
Remember the Golden Goal? Iginla wasn't camped in front of the net waiting for a pass, he went into the corner, got the puck to Crosby and took a hit and I don't hink even saw the goal scored.

So do leaders actually lead, or stand around waiting for others to do the work so they can touch the puck last and get all the glory? We all know the answer, but Edmonton doesn't.
