One of my new staples is Ottogi Bibim sauce. Not super hot, but a thicker sauce with a fantastic flavor that works really well in any rice or noodle dish, which is pretty much half my diet after marrying into a Vietnamese family. I even have my 7-year old daughter getting into it now, her first step into the world of hot sauces
