neighborhood cat
It seems as though one of my neighbors cats has taken a liking to using the area between our house as it's personal litter box. It stinks and is really driving me nuts.
Anybody have any sensible ideas for dealing with this?
(I would love to shoot the damn thing but that's not an available option)
