I had to watch that clip a few times because my initial thought was that it was a racial slur, in which case I could understand Singh's reaction.
Calling a politician -- any politician -- "corrupted" is pretty standard boilerplate heckling.
Singh was ticked off because apparently they've been harassing lots of other people, including visitors to the Hill.
