Every time a central stadium is brought up, I'm reminded of the phrase "don't let perfect be the enemy of good".
Central stadiums are a great idea until someone actually has to pay for it. Unfortunately these clubs aren't vanity projects where billionaires will light money on fire to build the best club, and Cavalry doesn't have the sway the Flames do with council to bend over a city. Simply put, a central stadium is not going to get built.
Spruce Meadows is not perfect but we have a club that is growing every year in a stadium that is the best in the league. For a club and league who's biggest priority is simply continuing to exist it's as good as we could have expected 6 years in.
