Which further shows that this is a behavioral issue just as much as it is a drunk driving issue. This guy was constantly putting people at risk driving like a maniac and it finally caught up to him (and unfortunately the Gaudreau's).
I've seen firsthand at least 3-4 instances of this kind of crap since the Gaudreau incident during commutes to and from work on roads like 14th street, 10th street too. People drive like lunatics and put everyone at risk to get home or to work 5 min quicker.
It's nuts and really bothering me more than ever after all this when I see it. Penalties for this kind of crap need to be stiffened and enforced because there seems to be too many people that have major issues and think it's ok to behave like this as a driver these days.
