Friedman touched on this on the 32 thoughts podcast. He didn't mention which teams are interested, but the Flyers have gotten calls about Kolosov.

Flyers aren't fully committed to trading him yet. Still trying to work things out

Asking price is high: 2nd round pick.

Acquiring teams are concerned that if the Flyers are having trouble with him, they will have the same problems with him too. So not sure if it is worth it.
