I'm furious. I can understand being a jack ass under the influence, alcoholism is a terrible thing, but this? Sorry, he wasn't 'off his ass hammered' he's just a piece of ####.
This literally makes me angrier because we really can't blame alcohol anymore.

Hearing the previous instance where he got off because the police officer did not show up to DUI. The larger issue is the reckless driving that he likely has done since 2005 or earlier up to now.
Glad to hear the judge directly say along the lines of risk to others if he is released. Hope he is in for full 20 years but should be much longer.
