Regina has a pretty decent, independent dining scene and really great pizza! A few of my favorites are

Memories Dining: Fine dining, great plating and an overall excellent meal every time I have gone. Downtown but most things in Regina are within a 10 minute drive. Ranked as a top place in Canada by various magazines and publications.

Cooper Kettle: Also downtown but a little more of a casual joint. Great mixture of food options and amazing pizza, known for a legendary spinach and feta pizza which is a great combo!

Steakhouses: They have a lot to choose from but my favorites are Diplomat and Golf's Steakhouse. Classic, traditional, great wine and spirit selection, especially the Diplomat and more.

Other favorites of mine are Greko's for steak, pasta, Greek and Italian dishes. Breakfast Bistro in the east end and their sister place in the evening has GREAT food all day.

Love Houston Pizza and Western Pizza. Great, thick pie's loaded with cheeses and toppings, thicker crust. They cut the pizza in Regina into squares usually so a different style than some maybe used to. Both places have other casual items.

A great lunch spot is Italian Star Deli which makes some fantastic and well known sandwiches if you are in the area downtown. A lot of CFL /WHL players stop in for lunch when in town.

Lot's to choose from personally but friends I have there always try and steer me into waiting 2 hours for a table at Earls, which I think is a big thing there but whatever. Plenty of places for a cocktail or a beer.

Friendly people, smallish city but it has a little bit of a nostalgia feeling in a lot of ways. Nothing earth shattering to see there but you will be ok.
