Yeah, I agree, I think the idea is...they need 'The Town' and all of the amenities that come with it. Hotels, bars, restaurants, museums and various other things to do.
I dont envision that all of the hiking and biking trails are so clogged that the bikers are running into one another...they've probably got enough places to do their outdoor pursuits, thats not really the issue.
