I doubt the Bloc is interested unless they get something huge in exchange (that they can sell as a reason to vote for them). They're likely to make big gains so the sooner the election occurs the better it is for them, just like the CPC.
The NDP are in a tough spot here. They've just announced they can't support the Liberals any more, but the only way they avoid an election is to keep supporting them. I have to think they're planning on the Liberals not calling any confidence votes for awhile and then being ready for the writ.
