So what I'm saying is if it's say 25 or 30, I'm okay with it. But I see this other scenario more than I should and not with Transport trucks or R.V's where I would expect it because of the extra weight they're hauling.
Also this is in good lit summer driving conditions too. If the weather is less than ideal I get why people would slow down. I don't want to pass people if it's snowy or icy it's usually far too dangerous.
