This is it for me. I enjoy the
experience of drinking coffee. I've realized recently that making espresso is also a ritual I enjoy. Weighing the beans, grinding them, filling the portafilter with the ground beans, leveling them with a WDT tool, tamping followed by the brewing. Probably takes around 4-5 minutes but I get a lot of satisfaction out of it.
