Just got back from the Dome.

I don't think I've cried that much in a long while. It was so sad. Having covered the team since 2012-13, I was there from his first development camp forward. I've met his parents. I have known so many of his teammates throughout the years. The Gaudreau's are all good people. None of any of them deserve to be going through this. So senseless and needless. I feel so bad for everyone. Especially hearing the Monahan interview.

It just is so lousy.
