what? That's not a bug, it's literally how they're supposed to work. If you don't want people getting into the car while drunk, you probably don't want them getting into the car sober and getting drunk off road-rockets either.

Bill C-46 already empowers them to do this, and it was announced CPS would
back in 2018.
