That’s the problem with this thread. Someone posts something and makes a point. And the because of who they are or something they said earlier on an item or discussion totally unrelated a whole lot of #### that they didn’t say gets attributed.

Again - there is nobody in this thread claiming that Hamas is in the right with anything here. If there is, please provide a quote.
The criticism is being placed squarely on Israel and their indiscriminate killing of people and their campaign of ridding Hamas with no regard for the collateral damage on civilians.
It's a very simple argument, and to continue bringing up Hamas and their terrible practices is nothing more than deflection from addressing what Israel is doing because they're completely separate things. It seems I have to keep saying this so I'll bold it:
criticizing the actions of Israel is not in any way condoning or supporting Hamas
