You're absolutely right Okada, and their failure to use him properly. Why not slide him into face Danielson, that's a feud everyone would get on board with. Maybe that will happen in the future, but Danielson only has so much time on his hands... Yet they're going with Jack Perry as his first challenger? I guess it'll only be a short program for All Out, but Perry isn't over with the crowd. He's fine in the midcard, but he's not main event material (at least not yet).

Another problem is still the overabundance of titles on that roster. It's silly that Okada, Ospreay, Briscoe, and at one point Mox (and MJF) had a midcard title. All four could be challenging Danielson, yet instead they're fighting over secondary belts. I know TK is wanting to get other belts over, but this is just silly. You rarely see main eventers in WWE challenge for secondary titles. It just doesn't fit the concept of what a main eventer strives to be. It's also (generally) ridiculous to have a title holder challenge for another title, but on AEW it's commonplace. Like Briscoe is someone they could push, yet he is always carrying that RoH Title which if anything holds him back.

AEW has the roster (and budget) in place to do better. It's that booking that seemingly forever holds them back. Anytime they gain momentum it's seemingly gone the week after.
