8-10 will get in easily, imo. The last time a team with 8 or more wins didn't make it was 2018, when the Esks went 9-9 and that was last place in the west. BC was also 9-9 and crossed over.
I think you can pencil in a loss vs the 11-1 Als, but the TiCats and Elks are both bad - should be able to take 3 out of 4 there.
That leaves 2 vs Riders and 1 vs Lions. Even 1 out of 3 there gets them to 8-10 which I think will be enough, especially if they win vs BC and thus have the tie-breaker there.
BC has one more win (in one more game) but they have a much harder schedule. 2 Als, 1 Redblacks, 1 Argos, 1 Riders. Those are the 4 best records in the league. The only games they have left against sub-500 teams are the Stamps and Ticats.
By comparison, the stamps have 3 games left against 500+ teams, and 5 games left against sub-500 teams, including 4 against the bottom-feeder Elks/TiCats.
