I live in a 15 minute city, and make sure you don't encroach or I am reporting you.
The restrictions don't even bother me, my grass is dead anyways. I also started to conserve water on my own a long time ago when you look around the world and see how many people are without clean drinking water.
My only issue is the 20 second hand washing, I touch a lot of germy things.
