Off topic but I got it from former CEO of Blackberry, John Chen on an earnings conference all. Previously Blackberry Ltd was known as RIM (Research in Motion) a much better name in my opinion.

The previous management team in the early 2010's changed the legal name to Blackberry which they thought was the smart move, but in reality they were renaming a tech company (RIM) into a failing product (Blackberry)

When the CEO (John Chen) was asked about changing the name back to RIM, he insisted on changing the products, the services and reforming the company as opposed to changing the name. He used that analogy about the kid's name.
