(I will admit that many of the original buildings in Marda were pretty nasty, but still, nothing makes a neighbourhood more people friendly than a corridor of glass buildings overlooked by towers.)

I agree
17th has almost no highrises along it. It's full of 1-4 story buildings with apartment blocks built behind it. I do hope highrises don't end up cannabolizing the streetscape thats been built on it.
