Hezbolahs actions or the Lebanese government sending rockets into Israel will escalate the situation causing more death.
Also when you state they have the right to defend one’s self which particular attack to you attribute to starting this conflict with between Hezbolah and Israel? Do you consider theattack on Shaeba farms on Oct 8th the start of the conflict between Hezbolah and Israel this time.
But really it does not matter what international law says. If Hezbolah attacks its escalating the situation which will directly lead to more dead civilians and will do nothing to achieve peace.
