My goodness, how out of touch can one person be. I get your viewpoint on the Gaza conflict (though I completely disagree and am on opposite sides of the spectrum), but in the case of Hezbollah, they are a terrorist organization and Iranian proxy that has basically taken Lebanon itself hostage.

The UN resolution 1701 called for Hezbollah to withdraw north of the Litani River after the 2006 war, which Hezbollah has ignored. Instead, they continue to attack northern Israel over the years with rockets and drones, so of course Israel has the right to respond, including taking out the leadership that pose a threat.

How is Israel bombing Beirut a provocation? My guess is if they do launch an attack on Beirut, the first targets will be the Hezbollah stronghold area in southern Beirut, and that is only if Tel Aviv is attacked. So who is provocating?
