Oh another great CSR story!
So some rando dropped a bottle of motor oil in an aisle, so they call for a CSR to clean it up.
I'm working the desk but someone needed a specific type of oil, I cant remember why but I had to go and look for it.
And this CSR kid is there....and I say..."didnt they call for you over the PA like two hours ago?"
"Yeah, I'm still working on it!"
"Is that bucket filled with water? And you're using a mop? You're just spreading motor oil all over the floor...."
