Even with excessive tipping these days, remember that the tip - at any decently-run restaurant - will also go to the chefs and the cleaning staff in the back.
If you order take-out and get it yourself, I'd still encourage you to tip even just a little bit - usually the only one who didn't earn it is the server who doesn't have to serve or wait on you.
I definitely don't tip as much for take-out as a sit-down experience, but even a little is a sign of good faith.
