Ahsoka is tied with the Mandalorian universe, left us with a full cliffhanger and introduced one of the better villains in the SW universe, that's why we're getting another season. They have an opportunity to right the ship.
Book of Boba Fett wasn't great and they've shut it down. It didn't have the same reasons to keep it going.
