I highly doubt Trotz and his Director of Goaltending Mitch Korn would have given Saros his 8 yr. deal if they thought as highly of Askorov as a lot of people here do in the NHL as a future starter. His AHL numbers are good but I'd still give Wolf the full shot as Flames future starter.
