Essentially Broberg for Kostin and cap savings while screwing over the Blues.

I don’t know how the NHL would handle this given that it’s a plan designed to circumvent the “can’t trade an offer-sheeted player” rule.

Since a Canadian team tried it it would be punished severely I'm sure.
