This team is basically the same crew that finished the season 8-13, with a few parts swapped out and no proven goalies. I expect them to be closer to last overall than to a wildcard spot.

Defense should be miles better than the end of last year. Some of the line ups had 2 or 3 players that shouldn't even be in the NHL. All while being with the team for like a week. Pachal cracked 20 a few times. Miromanov was getting treated like a top pairing guy. Hanley cracked 20 minutes.
Give them a training camp and throw in Bahl and that's a massive improvement. Should Bahl, Miro, and Bean be in a teams top 4? Probably not but it's still miles better than what was going on last year
