What about this is hard to understand? Why do you think she needs to do something different than what she's doing? Look at the trend line here. Why on Earth would anyone be going "well, we clearly need a new strategy"?

I just don't think it can last without substance. Maybe you're right and this is simply a 'don't #### it up' election but even though she's new, she's still part of an unpopular administration.
