Boltmann has shown regression. This last season (his 4th year of college) saw him being a healthy scratch in some games, with 2 straight years of regression in points. I imagine that this is the end of the line for him and hockey in general. I also don't see the Flames signing him, so he won't even be a Flames' prospect after today.

Sureloss mentioned in a backburner thread that Boltmann enrolled in university next year to do his Masters. It sounds like pro-hockey is not in his future, and with today being the last day he is a Flames prospect, I don't see any point in voting for him even at #39.
Good for him though. Maybe he doesn't go pro, but it sounds like hockey has opened up other doors for him.
