she was dealing with migraines, ingested some weed and while taking to her husband on the phone accidentally stepped on the dog. She then tripped face first into that weird opening of stairs while throwing her phone behind her. After being stepped on, to dog runs scared and knocks ever the chair.

She smashes her face into the piggy bank then falls down the stairs. She most likely was knocked unconscious during the fall, then came too after significant blood loss, stumbled around in the basement then passed back out before dying.

What a ####ty way to die.

Finally got around to watching the episode and this is 100% what happened. The moment he showed the stairs to the basement I thought "that can't be to code, someone would die."
