Oilers fans seem to think that they can get out of this by cap-dumping Ceci and that teams will actually offer... anything back for this honour. The closest to realistic I have read is some online beat writer suggesting "We can dump him and a 4th round pick" which is getting close to reality but is still not there yet.

If they're dumping Ceci in a pure dump, they're losing a 2nd/3rd at a minimum. Team's know they're desperate so it's probably going to cost more.
