Posting things out of genuine curiosity or concern, with honest intent to generate good-faith dialogue, is one thing.
Posting an endless stream of things you already know are nonsense, with the intention of provoking reactions and creating chaos (and refusal to show any humility when your nonsense is debunked) is quite another.
It's very clear which one applies to our little friend here.
My honest opinion is get on with the inevitable, he's going to get himself banned sooner or later, so why wait until he reaches some theoretical level of misbehaving before giving him a timeout?
