IF the Ghost of high heart is one of the greenmen from the isle of faces, and if Daemon survives the fall and lives on the isle of faces after as is speculated in F & B, then it could be that is the source.

It doesn't seem that Egg knows about the prophecy, for example. And when Barriston Selmy tells Danearys about her parent's arranged marriage, he mentions that the Ghost of High Heart is allegedly who told her Jaeherys 2 about the PTWP bloodline.
