I think an important thing to note is that being 'annoying' doesn't make you a jerk or a bad person, which is the spirit of the thread. I'm sure most people find their friends or spouse or kids annoying at times (or even often) but it doesn't mean they hate them or don't want to be around them. Even a guy in the poll like Locke, people might think he's annoying cause he's always posting long weird dad jokes, but they don't hate him.
"CP's Most Hated Poster" would be mean spirited and should cause fights. "Most Annoying" should be fun / funny -- just don't take it the wrong way.
