Default Flames NCAA Propsects: 2024/25 season

Flames have only 4 prospects playing in the NCAA this season.

Littler and Hoskin are making their college debuts as 20 year olds.

Suniev may have the best chance of making it to the NHL our of the 4. Many Flames fans will be watching Hoskin hoping to see what the Flames saw when they surprised many draft pundits and made the CJHL player of the year a 4th round pick.

G Arseni Sergeev - 2021 7th round 205th OA - Penn State - Junior

LW Aydar Suniev - 2023 3rd round 80th OA - University of Massachusetts - Sophomore

Notes:

According to capwages, Boltmann technically belongs to the Flames until Aug 15, 2024. However, given that he transferred to Northeastern to begin a Masters degree suggests that the Flames did not make a NHL offer to him after his senior year and there does not appear to much pro interest in the defenseman either.

Err do they still own the rights to Koumontzis? Does it even matter? Might be a who cares after the 24 year old put up 19pts in 47 ECHL games in his first pro season.
