Another POS pitbull owner.
Lets her dog off leash at an incredibly busy beach and then runs off after it kills another dog.
Lots of video of the lady & dog running away, hopefully she's caught quickly.

This makes me so angry. I assume the "lady" had some neck tattoos?

Edit: just saw the video, could that person walk any slower? That woman could have been caught easily
