I'm looking at it more from the perspective of Acey noting that hey, this would be a good time to sink some cash into renovating or replacing parts of the failed portion of the facility, such that there is an actual opportunity here for us to wind up with better airport infrastructure. I'm sure in the short term things are fine because they just expanded the aiport's footprint to the tune of something like 30 football fields' worth of real estate but the reason they did that was because there was an assumption that given growing usage, we actually would NEED that extra space. Has that changed? Because if not it seems like we're going to have to make that capital investment at some point anyway. Probably cheaper now than patching the thing up. So I was just curious whose pocket that would have to come out of.
